REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

If you are, contrary to expectations, not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You can initiate your refund by writing to us via email. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return. Our team requires a copy of your order confirmation in order to process the return.

RETURN APPROVAL


You forfeit your right of withdrawal if the item shows significant signs of use and is not in the same condition and packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.
When your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the full purchase amount back to you.


SHIPPING


You are responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the item. You should consider getting tracking for your return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
